Emese serves as the Director of Leadership Development at EGM, providing vision, resources, and support to strengthen leadership development teams worldwide. She walks alongside National Ministry Teams as they carry out the mission of transforming children in Christ through His Church, and discipling them for the Kingdom of God.

Emese began serving with EGM in 2005, working with churches in Romania. She later joined the Europe Regional Team and now contributes to leadership development efforts across all EGM ministries. She studied Special Education and School Psychology, and previously also worked as a therapist for adults with mental health challenges.

She lives in Cluj, Romania, with her husband, David, and their two children, Vivien and Patrik, both considered miracles in many ways. In 2016, they planted a Hungarian-speaking church in Cluj, where they continue to witness God’s grace and faithfulness in action.
