Alejandra is a seven-year-old girl from Trujillo, Peru, whose heart was deeply wounded when her father suddenly left home. Overwhelmed with sadness, she stopped eating and studying, and no comfort seemed to help. During a lesson from EGM Peru, the children participated in a model lesson called “God Is All Powerful,” where they were invited to pray for their greatest need. Through tears, Alejandra asked God to care for her father and allow her to see him again. The very next day, she ran into the church full of joy to share that her father had returned home, apologized, and promised never to leave again. With a radiant smile, Alejandra declared, “God is all-powerful,” a beautiful testimony of a child transformed in Christ.
