When Hanna first heard about the training organized by EGM-Poland, she didn’t imagine how much it would help her. Yet, although she was a trained teacher, she quickly discovered that leading a ministry group on a Sunday was something entirely different; she didn’t have an inkling about discipling children. It felt unexpected and far beyond her abilities, but she trusted that God knows what He is doing. From the very first training, everything began to change. The trainers understood her uncertainty and guided her with patience and care. She received not only practical advice but also a vision for what children’s ministry could be. She learned how to make Bible stories come alive, how to connect them to children’s daily lives, and how to encourage real interest in God’s Word. With each session, Hanna grew more confident and creative. She no longer depended only on ready-made materials but began writing her own culturally relevant lessons. She discovered that her role was to teach about God and to help children meet Him personally. Today, Hanna serves with peace and joy. “Now I know what to do with the children in my ministry group,” she says. “I realize the importance of not only telling children about God and His Word but applying them to children’s lives.”
